Residency in Veterinary Pathology at University of Kentucky 1993; Kentucky State Racing Commission (1991-1993).

Illinois State Diagnostic Laboratory (Centralia, IL); Private Diagnostic Laboratories (APL (Las Vegas, NV) & ANTECH (Phoenix, AZ)).

Returned to OSU and Oklahoma Animal Disease Diagnostic Laboratory January 1, 2003.

Chairman; American Quarter Horse Association and Foundation Research Committee - 2007-2010.
